Korea Vehicle Production : 2017

Korea has been an example of success in the vehicle industry. In the 1960's only a few thousand units per year were being made. By the mid 1970's volume was still in the 30,000 area. Then things took off. By 1979, it reached the 200,000 mark. After five years of consolidation, things sprung into life again in a big way and in 1988, the million units was passed.
